SHRM CERTIFICATION
THE CHALLENGE
SHRM rolled out its new Certification Program in mid-2014, but concerns were raised over the overall organization and presentation. There were layout inconsistencies and a disconnect between it and print collateral. Graphics weren’t particularly engaging, and answers to important questions were difficult to find.
THE SOLUTION
Worked with the User Experience Architect to identify key issues and rework the navigation and homepage layout. Created a more engaging interface using styles from the print brochures for a more seamless experience. Moved FAQs higher up in the hierarchy on the homepage.
Created a new FAQs sub site and split the questions into searchable categories. Highlighted the top 5 questions, and made the resulting layout user-friendly and mobile friendly.
