THE CHALLENGE
SHRM wanted to consolidate all their various products under one umbrella mega store. This proved a huge challenge since the products all had different business rules, display requirements and audiences. We needed to provide a one-size-fits-all solution while at the same time creating a pleasant and intuitive user experience
THE SOLUTION
After extensive internal and external research, created an IA that then went through multiple user testing scenarios. We followed an agile approach to incrementally add features and functionality both front end and back.
Interactive, response, high fidelity wireframes and comps were created in Axure RP.
